Rescheduling and Cancellations
We require a 24 hour to reschedule or cancel your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service for late cancelation.
15 minute late grace period is granted but after your appointment is cancelled.
Same day appointment or "Squeeze-ins" are $25 extra that is including paid services.
A Travel Fee is applied to all bookings 15 miles and further.
